Where we ship:

We are now shipping internationally! U.S. packages will be shipped out via USPS Domestic Priority Mail with an estimated delivery range of 3 to 5 business days. International orders will be sent with USPS Priority Mail International with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 10 business days.

 

When we ship:

We will pack and ship orders within 48 to 72 hours from Northern California, USA.

How we package our items:

We carefully package your items with re-usable bubble wrap, tissue paper and/or recyclable honeycomb paper. We do not use Styrofoam when packaging our items.

 

Shipping costs:

Crystals, minerals and larger fossils tend to be quite heavy thus resulting in pricey shipping costs! Because of this, we cover half of the shipping costs to ensure you receive the best value and can enjoy your items without worrying about costly shipping prices.

 

• U.S./Domestic: we offer USPS flat rate priority shipping pricing to our customers that ranges between $5 and $30 depending on the weight of your items. We also offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $99​.

• International: our international shipping is via USPS and is a flat rate of $35 for any size package + weight or get free shipping over $350.

 

Local delivery:

We offer door to door local delivery within San Jose CA for $5 for any size order. Deliveries can be arranged within 48 to 72 hours of placing your order.

 

Local pickup:

If you're local to the Bay Area, we offer pickup in the South Bay! Campbell, Los Gatos or San Jose 7 days a week or in Sunnyvale on Saturday's.

RETURNS
